What installing a court video system really involves
What does it take to install a video system on our courts?
Short answer
Expect a fixed camera mount per court with a clear view of the full playing surface, mains power and a wired network connection. Most installs take under a day per court; the delays come from landlord permission and network work, not the cameras.
The physical requirements
A mounting point above and behind the court with an unobstructed sightline, weatherproofing for outdoor courts, and cable routes that survive maintenance work.
Indoor padel and pickleball halls are usually the easiest installs; outdoor courts add weather and lighting variables.
Network is the real constraint
Clip upload and streaming both need consistent upstream bandwidth. Shared venue Wi-Fi under a busy Saturday load is the most common cause of failed clips.
Budget for a wired run to each court cluster. It is the cheapest reliability you will ever buy.

Start with your two busiest courts, measure share rates and booking impact for a season, then extend. Every vendor here supports a phased rollout.
